I have two daughters, and I helped plan both of their weddings. Neither of us had an endless budget. What we had was a dream and a lot of phone calls.

What we found broke my heart. We would call a venue, describe the event, and get a fair price. Then we would say the word "wedding," and the price for the same room on the same date doubled. It wasn't just one venue; almost every vendor did it. When I asked one venue why, they said, "Well, that's what you have to pay because it's a wedding." I was heartbroken. This was my child's day, and to them, it was just a markup.

So we stopped accepting the first number. Wedding prices in the city were so inflated that my youngest made a hard choice: she moved her wedding outside the city, where her budget could stretch much further. She worried that guests wouldn't want to make the longer drive or pay for a hotel. In the end, the drive didn't keep anyone away.

From there, we negotiated everything, and the small wins added up fast. Our caterer had set a four-item menu for a sit-down dinner for 100 guests. By asking the right questions, we added more items to that menu, worth more than 10% of the catering bill, at no extra cost.

Both of my girls had beautiful weddings at fantastic venues. After all the chaos, the prep, and the ceremony, there's a moment at the reception when you look around and see how beautifully everything came together. Then you look at your daughter, and she is the happiest you have ever seen her. Nothing compares to that.

What exactly do you negotiate?

Almost any wedding contract. That includes your venue, caterer, florist, photographer, videographer, DJ or band, coordinator or planner, rentals, cake and bakery, hair and makeup, attire and alterations, officiant, transportation, hotel room blocks, invitations and stationery, lighting and décor, and any other wedding vendor contract. We negotiate pricing and terms; we don't draft legal contracts.

Do you take money from vendors?

Never. We take no kickbacks and have no vendor or coordinator relationships. You're our only client in the conversation.

How much will I save?

We target savings of up to 10%+ on your overall wedding, but every vendor and contract is different. Savings are not guaranteed and results vary.

Will this make things awkward with my vendors?

That's the point of a third party. We negotiate professionally and respectfully, so you can keep the warm relationship with your vendors.

Do you work with brides in my state?

Yes. We work 100% remotely and negotiate with vendors anywhere in the U.S. by phone and email.

Who makes the final decision?

You do. We bring you the negotiated terms; you decide what to sign.

Are you lawyers?

No. We are professional negotiators and don't give legal advice. If something needs an attorney, we can refer you to a qualified, independent legal team.

What if a vendor doesn't honor the contract?

If a vendor doesn't honor or follow a negotiated contract and legal action or another formal next step is needed, we'll refer you to qualified, independent attorneys. We are not attorneys: we don't pursue litigation, file claims, or take legal action on anyone's behalf, and we don't provide legal advice.
